We are brother and sister who're really passionate in baking as well as a cheesecake lover. We tasted many kind of cheesecake but nothing taste like Japanese Fluffy Cheesecake. It changed our perspective in the flavour and texture of the cheesecake and we want to share it with the world. We want to create a cheesecake that we personally love and would eat them all the time and with that in mind we are using the most fresh and the highest quality of ingredients possible on our cheesecake. During our baking journey,  we also came across other type of cheesecake that we truly love and want to give everyone to experience it and hopefully you will love at first bite.
